The Comptoir à Pizzas has crafted a unique, artisanal dough recipe, carefully developed to enhance the flavors of our marinated, cooked, and seasoned ingredients. This dough rests for 48 to 72 hours, ensuring a light texture and the distinctive taste of our pizzas.
When visiting our pizzeria, you can watch our impressive Giotto electric oven in action, equipped with a rotating stone base. This oven guarantees an even, quick bake. Thanks to intense heat, the ingredients are perfectly seared, the dough is thoroughly cooked on the bottom, and the edges come out delightfully crispy.
Our chef pizzaiolo, visible from our open kitchen, prepares your pizzas right in front of you. Enjoy the lively show and the delicious taste of your pizza in our restaurant!
We propose to enjoy some pizzas from the Comptoir à Pizzas’ menu, available 24/7 at our self-service store, Le Comptoir de l’Emporté, located right next door. Equipped with a pizza vending machine, this space allows you to enjoy a hot pizza on-site at any time, or to take it home and reheat it at your convenience.
Thanks to the advanced technology of our dispenser, our pizzas maintain their crispness, ensuring a high-quality experience anytime.
A selection of soft drinks is also available from a separate vending machine to quench your thirst.
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Open on Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:30 pm, and on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 to 1:30 pm and from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
Closed on Sunday at lunchtime during the off-season, open on Sundays at lunchtime during school holidays and long weekends.
